Happy New Year!!! Eric just accused me of looking at porn. This would not be a true statement. Question for you: do you pop the cork before midnight or at midnight? We seem to be in disagreement here at this par-tay. Any thoughts?

Before midnight so the champagne can be ready to toast at midnight.
Humm...unless you are cool and have multiple bottles...then you prefill the glasses and pop a cork at midnight too!
Then...we are cool :o) My dad's vote was you wait until midnight and pop.
